"If StainZero is installed by a StainZero Certified Applicator and the job is registered, this warranty protects the StainZero protective layer for the life of the countertop under normal interior residential use."
Coverage
Etching
Visible etching from common household acids during normal countertop use.
Staining
Visible staining from typical household spills including common oils and beverages.
Yellowing
Visible yellowing or deterioration of the protective layer over time.
Performance Loss
Loss of intended performance under normal use.
Exclusions
Commercial
Any commercial, rental, hospitality, or high-traffic use.
Installation
Improper prep or non-certified applicators.
Contamination
Oils, waxes, polishes, unknown sealers.
Moisture
Leaks, moisture vapor, plumbing issues.
Physical
Scratches, chips, heat damage, burns.
Misuse
Abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals.
